Future Destinations

For us, the road ahead isn’t about checking off list items, but truly immersing ourselves in the world. We plan three major trips per year – one international, one domestic, and one wild card – and we will stay long enough to understand a place beyond its highlights.  Our trips will often stretch from three to eight weeks, giving us time to explore cities, hike remote trails, watch wildlife, visit museums, talk with locals, and settle into the rhythm of a place.

Wild places
Polar ice. Desert light. Mountain ridges. Rainforests alive with sound. We are drawn to landscapes that feel untouched and to wildlife encounters that remind us how big and wild the world still is.

Cities and culture
We love the energy of cities – their museums, architecture, food and history. We seek out the stories behind the places we visit, whether it’s a centuries-old cathedral or a modern art installation. Walking in the footsteps of history, we try to capture the inspiration that drove those who came before us and imagining the lives of the people who shaped them.

Photography
Photography is how we make sense of the world. Wea re not professionals, but we care deeply about capturing the moments that feel true – the texture of a glacier, the expression of a mountain gorilla, the glow of a street at dusk. Our photos are part memory, part field note, part invitiation.

Learning
Every journey teaches us something: about a place, about its people, about ourselves. This site and these notes are our way of collecting these lessons and passing them on.
